The pedestrian route from Lodge Road via Romans Place takes you through the churchyard of All Saints. The Saxon and Norman origins of the church are well hidden but you can readily take in the early English and subsequent Decorated Period Gothic detailing, whilst the 15th century Gothic Chancel window looms large.
